What is Administrative Support?

The C3 Administrative Support team provides help with behind the scenes support.
These duties are typically preformed during the week.

If you enjoy meeting people and helping out during the week this may be the team for you!
Before volunteering with this team, you must be a C3 Partner or striving to become one.

Who is Administrative Support?

Computer Support

Are you experienced with Microsoft Office and willing to share your abilities? Would you be able to create spreadsheets, type, or help out with database maintenance? If so, let us know! Most opportunities are during business hours on weekdays.

Social Media

Do you find yourself checking Instagram, Facebook or Twitter in your spare time? How about checking out Snapchat’s latest filters or videos on your YouTube channel? If you’d like to share your talents with us and join a team who is using Social Media to make More & Better Followers of Jesus, let us know and we’ll help you figure out how you can plug in!

Office Receptionist

Are you a people person? Greet guests, answer phones and perform administrative tasks during the week between the hours of 8am and 5pm. Chose a regular 2-3 hour block of time to help out 1-4 times per month.

Material Prep

Do you prefer to be behind-the-scenes, making sure everything is just as it should be for Sunday services? Volunteer here and you will be able to serve 1-4 times per month during the week getting materials ready for Sunday. This includes everything from materials for our kids’ programs to gift bags for our 1st time visitors.

Venue Prep Team

Is hospitality your thing? Serve once or twice per month on a Friday between 8am and 5pm by helping to make sure our venues are ready for Sunday morning. You’ll be stocking the seat backs with pens and scribble pads and making sure Bibles and facial tissues are plentiful.
