Kids Camp:

Should my camper bring spending money?

Kids camp: No. Funds can be added to your campers snack shack fund, during the registration process. If your child
would like to purchase merchandise, please place the money in an envelope with a parent note indica\ng the amount
enclosed. Parents should turn the envelope in during the check in process. It will be given to C3 camp staff, they will
connect with your camper to purchase merch.

Youth Camp: It’s a great idea for youth to bring spending money for camp, as it allows them to enjoy treats at the snack
shack and pick up some fun merchandise to remember their experience.

Are there trained medical staff on site?

Yes. There will be a camp nurse, lifeguards, church staff and security.

What happens if my child gets sick or injured at camp?

They will receive care and appropriate treatment from the camp nurse and camp staff. If parent contact is needed we
will contact parent/guardian first, and then move down the list of emergency contacts provided with registration.

What if my child takes medication or has allergies?

Parents will indicate medications, and dosage during registration. Medication need to have original label and be placed
in a Ziploc bag with campers full name. It will be turned in during the check in process. All medication is stored with the
nurse, not with the camper. Allergy information will be collected during the registration process.

What food options are available, and how are dietary restrictions handled?

Camp will accommodate food allergies. If specific dietary restrictions, please contact:

Can campers bring cell phones?

Kids Camp: No

Youth Camp: Phones are allowed at camp, but their use will be limited to designated times. They should not be used
during morning or evening services or during cabin \me to ensure a focused and engaging camp experience.

Can parents contact campers during camp?

No. We will be updating private FB groups and other social media channels. If there is a family emergency, camp director
and Silver Lake Bible Camp contact information will be provided during our camp meeting.

What are the drop-off and pick-up procedures for campers attending with C3?

Kids:
Drop off: 8:00AM on Monday, June 16th front of C3 Tri-Cities Church

Pick up: Approximately 2:00PM at C3 Tri-Cities Church
*updates will be given via social media when departure time is known*

Youth:
Drop off: 1:00PM on Thursday, June 12th front of C3 Tri-Cities Church

Pick up: Approximately 2:00PM at C3 Tri-Cities Church

Will there be baptisms at camp this year?

We will not be holding baptisms at camp this year. We believe that baptism is a significant and life-changing decision, and we want kids and youth to experience this special moment surrounded by their families, church, and friends. We encourage campers to take this next step at their home church, where they can be supported and celebrated by their community.

Are parents allowed to visit during camp?

No. For the safety and security of all campers, visitors are not permitted during camp.

Is there a way to send letters or care packages?

Yes. All packages and mail can be brought to check-in or be mailed to:

Please mail packages at least 4 days prior to your campers last day of camp.

Where will my child be sleeping?

All campers will be house in cabins with adult leaders, separated by grade, gender and church attending camp with.

Are there scholarships or financial aid options available?

Yes. Priority is given to those who attend C3, and have participated in the flower basket fundraiser. Financial Aid is at the
discretion of the Family Ministries team.
