SHOULD MY CHILD BRING SPENDING MONEY?

Kids camp: No. Funds can be added to your camper’s snack shack fund during the registration process. If your child would like to purchase merchandise, please place the money in an envelope with a parent note indicating the amount enclosed. Parents should turn the envelope in during the check-in process. It will be given to C3 camp staff, and they will connect with your camper to purchase merch.

Youth Camp: It’s a great idea for youth to bring spending money for camp, as it allows them to enjoy treats at the snack shack and pick up some fun merchandise to remember their experience.

ARE THERE TRAINED MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE?

Yes. There will be a camp nurse, lifeguards, church staff and security.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD GETS SICK OR INJURED?

They will receive care and appropriate treatment from the camp nurse and camp staff. If parent contact is needed, we will contact the parent/guardian first and then move down the list of emergency contacts provided with registration.

WHAT IF MY CHILD TAKES MEDICATION OR HAS ALLERGIES?

Parents will indicate medications and dosage during registration. Medication needs to have the original label and be placed in a Ziploc bag with the camper’s full name. It will be turned in during the check-in process. All medication is stored with the nurse, not with the camper. Allergy information will be collected during the registration process.

FOOD OPTIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Camp will accommodate food allergies. If specific dietary restrictions, please contact: [email protected]
