We invite you to dress up and enjoy a special evening together. Black tie optional means you are welcome to wear anything from a cocktail dress or evening gown to a suit, tuxedo, dress shirt, or sport coat.

The Volunteer Gala is for active C3 volunteers. It's our opportunity to celebrate and thank you for the ways you serve our church and community.
No. The evening is our gift to our volunteers as a way of saying thank you for all you do.
A selection of desserts and refreshments will be served throughout the evening. This is a dessert reception rather than a full dinner, so we recommend eating beforehand.
Black Tie Optional means you can dress as formally as you'd like. A tuxedo or evening gown is welcome, but not required. A suit, sport coat, cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, or other elevated attire is completely appropriate.
Yes. You're welcome to bring your spouse or another guest. Please be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Parking will be available on-site at C3 Tri-Cities.
Please don't let the dress code keep you from joining us. Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident and fits the spirit of a special evening together. We'd much rather have you there than have you worry about what you're wearing.
