Opportunities include greeting, leading Sunday classes, tech team, nursery, and more.
Students
Opportunities include group leaders, small group (Crew) leaders, youth worship team, youth tech team, and more. There are also opportunities once a year for Summer Camp Leaders.
Operations
We have opportunities for those who like to work behind the scenes.
Guest Experience
This team parks, greets, seats, treats, and provides information during weekend services. If you’re outgoing, friendly, and enjoy meeting people, this may be the team for you.
Online
The online team is for friendly, tech-savvy people who want to work on the ‘front lines’ during our online services by serving as a host in the chat, extending hospitality, and helping people get answers to their questions.
Production
The production team is for those who love creativity but like to work behind the scenes. This team focuses primarily on weekend services by creating an engaging experience. Opportunities include lighting, camera operator, audio, media, and more.
Worship
Share your musical gifts with C3 during our weekend services. Join a rotating team of talented musicians and vocalists and share your gift from God.
Discipleship
Are you a natural leader or want to be? Are you comfortable leading discussions? Do you enjoy helping others grow in their faith? We need your gifts as a leader!
Safety
Help create a secure and welcoming environment at C3. Whether you’re experienced in safety, have a background in medical response, or simply have a heart to serve, our Safety Team plays a vital role during weekend services and special events.
Outreach
C3 works with local non-profit partners to connect church members with agencies to serve our local community. These serving opportunities are perfect for either individuals or groups/families and may be one-time (such as painting or organizing items) or ongoing opportunities with the local partner.
