Wide-open door
2025 Radical Generosity at C3Reaching the 47,000 Gen z’ers in the tri-cities with the truth of jesus!
We are living in a spiritual moment unlike anything seen in generations. Across our nation, Generation Z (ages 13–28) is awakening to God. Headlines everywhere point to a “Generational Reversal” as young adults rediscover faith, Scripture, and the church.
At C3 Tri-Cities, we’re seeing this resurgence firsthand – with record numbers of young adults attending and 61 Gen Z baptisms in 2025 alone. Over 55% of all baptisms this year have been Gen Z or Millennials!
“There is a wide-open door for a great work here.” – 1 Corinthians 16:9 (NLT)
THE VISION
The Vision: A Wide-Open Door for the Next Generation
God has placed before us an extraordinary opportunity – to create a dynamic outreach space designed specifically to reach the next generation.
We plan to build out the entire 14,000 sq. ft. second floor of our church into an inviting environment that draws in college students and young adults – a place to connect, study, hang out, and encounter Jesus.
Features will include:
-
A college café and study center open late (4:00 PM–1:00 AM)
-
Coffee, light food, games, and study spaces
-
Christian hosts and resources woven throughout the atmosphere
-
Live conversations and events exploring faith, purpose, science, and culture
-
A C3 bookstore and space for Sunday fellowship, family connection, and ministry
This will be one of the most attractive gathering spots in the Tri-Cities, a hub for young adults and families alike – and a launching point for outreach and ministry training.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The upstairs space is currently unfinished and unfurnished.
The total project cost is $650,000, but God has already provided a start – $63,880 in seed money already contributed to the vision.
We believe we can fully fund this project by the end of 2025.
WIDE-OPEN DOOR SUNDAY
We have a church-wide goal to see 500 households participate in a record-breaking offering to make this vision a reality.
Grab a Wide-Open Door giving envelope and place it somewhere you’ll see it – your fridge, mirror, or desk – as a reminder to pray about your part. Then join us on December 14, 2025, for a day of unified generosity and celebration as we give sacrificially to impact the next generation.
How to Give:
-
In person on Sunday, December 14 at any C3 service
-
Use your special Wide-Open Door envelope as a reminder to pray and prepare
