2025 Radical Generosity at C3

Reaching the 47,000 Gen z’ers in the tri-cities with the truth of jesus!

We are living in a unique Gospel moment. Our nation has not seen God’s Spirit move this way in generations. It’s a moment to capture – a window of opportunity God is giving us.

Imagine 14,000 square-feet brimming with young people, seven nights a week. Open from 4:00pm until 2:00am – offering specialty coffees/drinks, light appetizers, and study nooks. And all of it is saturated with “breadcrumbs” leading to Jesus.

Generation Z (ages 13-28) is awakening to God in a way unseen by any generation alive today. As one young author put it, “Something drastic is shifting in the spiritual atmosphere of the Western world. Surprised whispers of a ‘quiet revival’ are swirling in and around the church.”

At C3 Tri-Cities, we’re seeing this resurgence firsthand – with record numbers of young adults attending and 65 Gen Z baptisms in 2025 alone.

THE VISION

At C3 Tri-Cities, we believe God has given us a creative vision to walk through a wide-open door: To create an amazing outreach environment on the second floor of our church – designed to attract the unbelieving college-age and young adults of the Tri-Cities, to an atmosphere that cultivates relationships with Christian peers and stirs their awareness and openness to Jesus Christ.

We have drawn up plans to create a ministry center, study commons and café upstairs, in the space above the current lobby and coffee bar. Collaborating with interior designers, contractors, businesses, and local Gen Z’ers, we will create what will be the most sought-out destination in the Tri-Cities for young adults to gather.

If you’ve not seen the space, it’s a marvelous 14,000-sq-ft venue with Columbia River views to the north, and mountains to the south. It already features a beautiful outdoor patio, elevator access, a large staircase going up, and a main entrance behind our building with abundant parking. It is an ideal setting for outreach to the younger generation.

Features will include:

Bibles near every table
Soul-stirring messages at every turn
Answered prayers celebrated in the corners
Christian young adults hosting the space, alongside Young Adult and Outreach Pastors

A landscape of “capital T Truth” at every turn.

Imagine the possibilities for ministry such as:

Christian worldview sessions
Presentations on Christian apologetics
Q&A panels discussing cultural topics specific to young adults
Thought-provoking resources speaking truth to the controversial subjects of our age
Training for the next generation of young ministers
Expanding ministry internship programs
Satellite location of a ministry training school

This will be one of the most attractive gathering spots in the Tri-Cities, a hub for young adults and families alike – and a launching point for outreach and ministry training.

THE OPPORTUNITY

There is one challenge with the space: It is entirely unfinished. And it is entirely unfurnished.

The estimated cost of completing and readying the space is $650,000. Fortunately, we do have “seed money”! A few years ago (2022), some members of the C3 family contributed $63,880 for the vision of an upstairs café. We have kept those gifts in a designated fund, waiting for this moment. Thanks be to God, and to those generous givers three years ago.

We believe we can fully fund this project by the end of 2025.

WIDE-OPEN DOOR SUNDAY

We have a church-wide goal to see 750 givers participate in a record-breaking offering to make this vision a reality.

Grab a Wide-Open Door giving envelope and place it somewhere you’ll see it – your fridge, mirror, or desk – as a reminder to pray about your part. Then join us on December 14, 2025, for a day of unified generosity and celebration as we give sacrificially to impact the next generation.
